Useful Links

Here is a list of websites that helped me along the way to find about the language, classes in my area, and some other useful things to know.

The Welsh for Adults website has some links to colleges and places where you can learn Welsh. If you click on 'Find a Course' the search is pretty good, and gives you different classes near you.

Nant Gwrtheyrn is where i had my intensive course for a week. It's such a beautiful area, and you get to learn loads of stuff in no time. And very good food :)

The BBC has it's own 'Learning Pages' where you can find lots of little details that most people can't tell you about the language and its history. It's also got sound, which helps with pronounciation.

Here's a link to Bangor University's Wlpan Course page, you can find out some things about the course here, but I found it a lot easier just to call them, that's on 01248 382708 (for Bangor only).

If you're curious about Wales, then you can read a lot about it here... But remember, it's wikipedia!
